Fixing to have a Monster Lt1-s Clutch kit installed in my 03 Z06. I'm going to be doing tick master cylinder, GM slave cylinder, flywheels etc.. ive heard some people say that when you replace one you need to match balance to the original clutch in order for it to not be out of balance and cause vibrations. Is this true? Someone with experience or running the same setup what did u do?
If you have the original engine then yes, it can't hurt to match balance the LT1-S clutch. My car has a crate LS3 so I just used the clutch/flywheel as delivered from Monster as it is balanced as an assembly.
I don't think you need the tick with this clutch. It has the factory self adjust built in, one of the reasons I went with this clutch. In my case I replaced my master with a new stock GM piece.
I'd also install a remote bleed hose while everything is apart.

Thanks for the reply, I plan to use the tick master only because it come in a package at a good deal and don't want it sitting around. I do have the original engine and original clutch etc.. that was my debate. I talked to a local machine shop and he said he didn't really recommend it but if I wanted to he could match balance it.

Is the person at the machine shop aware of the post assembly balance check your engine went through courtesy of GM?
Tell them that you have a (potentially) externally balanced engine, and see if they still say not recommended.
1997 and up corvettes are different. Manual corvettes are even more different. Maybe your machine shop contact is open minded enough to consider the RARE possibility that they MAY not know EVERYTHING about clutch jobs with these cars. Maybe...
