Thanks, looking forward to it.

Pfff, don't worry about ruining this thread, photobucket did that!
all my pics ever linked to a forum thread are now dead and they want $400 yr to allow 3rd party hosting.

If you have the original pictures on your computer, you can match them up with what you loaded from Photobucket and transfer those same pictures from your computer back into the thread. I have already done that with some of mine.

If you don't have the pictures saved else where just save them back to your computer from Photobucket, if you do just right click the picture in the thread that is absent, look at the properties IMG_6997_zpsnm5roebj.jpg this from your first photo in the thread, find that same photo IMG_6997 edit each post with pictures & reload from your computer, and it will always be there.

Then you can say F*** OFF to Photobucket

thanks steve, yeah i still have the pics. are you saying cf will host the pic directly? In the past ive easily reached forum-direct hosting size limits, hence using photobucket... is there another site like photobucket , like instagram that allows you to post a link in the forums?

Just click the attachments button next to the smilies up top and download the picture directly from your computer, once you upload the pictures, close the attachments box, re click the attachments button and load picture into the thread, make sure you cursor is where you want the picture.

Just like this!

Very nice pic, I noticed no lower front deflectors/spoilers. Any issues cooling?

It looks like that is when I had the center pc flush to the fangs & at low speeds 20-40 the car would always run on the 220 mark, I purchased a new pc & cut it so it hangs 1" below the fangs & car runs as it should, car stays at 190 even at low speed. And this a pre drop spindle picture, car looks much better at it's current ride height.

Only reason why I posted that picture here is Tungstenfoot & I work for Moog Aircraft Group.

Sorry folks, I finally got around to cleaning up this thread's photos (3rd party host issues).

A year later, I am still very happy with this setup. The Delrin bushings performed flawless last year and totally transformed the car. I've got 5 Autocrosses on the setup and about 2300 miles with absolutely not a peep of noise or looseness. Alignment settings are still locked in with AMT camber kit, also a high quality and reliable piece of kit.

This is on my to do list for sure. Thank you for all the info. I'll have to re read this thread, I can't remember the reason for needing the camber kit. To be continued...

A camber kit becomes necessary when you start driving the hell out of the car on track. The stock eccentrics start to move when you put a lot of Gs into them, so a camber kit removes those and puts solid blocks in there so they can no longer move. Let me know if I can answer any other questions.

Gotcha. Thanks Mark. Sounds like for the street and occasional trip to the strip I should be good without them then.

Absolutely. Not needed or worth the hassle for a street car.

Just curious, what does the car look like with this tire setup? I've been considering this for a bit...

I will get some outside pics of my tire setup as soon as it gets warmer and I get a new battery; my Optima Red Top after 5 years is complete toast...

Default Mighty Mouse Catch Can LS6

I finally installed my Mighty Mouse catch can today. It is the mild version installed on a 2003 Z06 using stock PCV (no boost). Can anyone confirm I have this correct?

Details of install I'm looking to confirm are correct:
1) The lower valley connection routes to the non-sight glass side of catch can. This connection also has the stock PCV with the fat side of the PCV toward the catch can.
2) The after throttle body connection routes directly to the sight glass side of the Catch Can.

Here's a pic, is this correct? Thanks for any help!

as long as your car and that valley plate are intended for use with an external pcv valve, then you are just fine. your valve can be there ore between intake manifold and the can.

it will filter out oil better as pictured, but allow more peak flow with the valve on the other leg.

Nice bunch of suspension changes you’ve made to your car. Good luck with this year’s track season.

Default Autox test & tune video

Hi All - Long time no post, but all is still well with the car
I started a backyard flagstone patio project in early May and it consumed ALL of my time until early July. I think my aching back, legs and arms are just starting to feel better now...not a project for the faint of heart!

Anyways, during that time I managed to get out for a couple casual cruises and shows (Syracuse Nationals), that is until yesterday... I drove 2+ hrs to east of Seneca Lake for Test & Tune with Finger Lakes Region SCCA (http://www.flr-scca.com/). The venue was Seneca Army Depot airstrip which is 7000ft x 150ft wide plot of tarmac glory. I last ran there in my STI, which had to be over a decade ago so I felt compelled to take the opportunity and run the Z06. Especially since I missed the national tour which was there in June : (
I wasn't able to make the Sunday competition so I said what the heck, go out saturday and have some fun runs with the car. Awesome group of guys, had a blast.
I lost count after about 10 runs, here's a vid of a few with the new GoPro & mic setup, car & setup info is in the description:
