What is needed to upgrade to C6 Z06 brakes?

Approx $2k for the parts, plus you need to make sure your wheels will go over them. 18's on the front minimum, but only some will fit. Somewhere around on here there is a template you can print out so you can see whether they will fit your wheels or not. Try a Google search - the site search here is not very good.

Rotors, Pads, Calipers, longer lines, potentially different wheels.
Brand new using OEM stuff, you can probably do it for around $1750 if you shop around. Calipers are going to run you about $1250 via Amazon (I got all four in 2015 for $1020 via amazon).
My swap ended up costing me over $2500 but I had the calipers powdercoated, went to a single piece pad, and went with two piece rotors at all four corners. Came out nice though:

Definitely 18/19 min, I know that the TSW and forgestar wheels work, several vendors offers really good complete packages with everything needed including Motul brake fluid for good prices.

Was really hard to find calipers last year in red, GM was having a manufacturing issue. On the front brake lines, make sure they are routed to point toward the hub or they will rub at full lock and you will end up having to replace the lines.
Really happy with my brakes regardless.

Here was a thread I wrote up about my install experience for C6 Z06 brakes.

I have a thread floating around with all the PNs, also got everything on amazon for around 1700 ish. If I had to do it again, I would have never used the OEM pads, they dust too much and it did some damage to my wheel finish. Stoptech has some well priced pads for the c6z06 brakes, much cheaper than some of the alternatives.

For those not wanting to pay an arm and a leg for a single pad setup, I got the StopTech Street Performance pads for mine. Single Piece, cost me a grand total of $125 for front AND rear sets through rock auto. I don't Auto-x my car, just high speed runs, and they work great for that.

Any tips or pics on what angle you installed your front lines at for the front caliper?
I have mine angled towards the bottom mounting bolt at about the 4 or 5 oclock position and it is rubbing past the edge of the lower control arm and pinches up and really close to the rim at full lock.

Look into the Wilwood conversion caliper setup. Better calipers plus rotors all new are possibly less expensive and excellent performing.

Anyone use the Duralast calipers? Thanks!
