Default What you got for rear tires

I know this topic comes up often. Not trying to beat a dead horse. I need rear tires. Z06 wheels. Are you guys going with 295/35 or 305/35? And which tires are you liking? I find 295/35 NT05's and 305/35 R888. Is that about all that's left out there? Thanks.

Toyo T1 Sport but they're not made anymore. 295 35.

My next set of rears which at this rate will probably be a long way off will be drag radials.

I believe that Continental still sells the Extreme Contact in a 295 35 and I think Bridgestone has a tire in that size as well still.

14 tires available here, in a 295/35/18. https://www.discounttiredirect.com/f...ice-asc&page=1
305's are pretty scarce.

I was looking into these first. How do you like them? Definitely the cheapest tire option.

I have NT05's on the rear. Great tire, but they don't last long and they get LOUD towards the end of their life. I just got 255 section Michelin Pilot Sport PS2's on the front and I'll definitely go Michelin in the spring when I need new rears.

I've had mine for 5 years and about 5k miles. Great grip in dry conditions. Got caught a few times in the rain and never had an issue (but then, I don't push things on wet pavement either). Still plenty of tread left, but yeah, you're not gonna get 30k miles out of these tires. I would guess I will about 15k miles - just fun and sometimes spirited street driving. No track, no burnouts...
