Default c5 headlight adjustment

I had new headlight assemblies installed but the lights need to be adjusted. They are both pointed too close to the car in front. How do I adjust the lights?

I'm sure there's a sticky on this, or Vetteman Jack might have info in his library.
There are 2 cadmium plated Torx head screws that are "accessible"their the round window of the headlight surrounds. Unless whomever installed the headlights moved them, don't try to move the "gear" end of the screws until they are full soaked with oil, to make sure the screws won't break. These screws are notorious for breaking.

I took the assemblies apart and lubed them they would not move at all.

Here is a helpful link to read through. Hit the link in thread #4 for additional details/pictures of the adjuster mechanism and where to soak the adjuster rods.
