Installed c6 Z06 shocks all the way around. Not as easy of a job as it was 15 years ago, I feel it the day after, getting old.
Love the ride now, I believe they were the original 22 year old FE1 shocks. HUGE difference. Sways and springs going on next.

^^^NICE^^^
Drove mine also but to a show again. Think I've put about 250 or so miles on it in the last 2 weeks. So much fun...

My son and I went out for a rip yesterday in the beautiful weather. We're still learning how to use this relatively complicated GoPro camera lol. Learned some valuable information about shooting video out the windshield in the sunshine for glare free operation. Well much better anyways.

Hey that's a really good video. Well, the first minute or so watching your recliner in the living room was kind of boring, but it sure picked up after that. Looks like it was a fun ride. But I couldn't hear a damn thing you were saying during the ride. What? I SAID I CAN'T HEAR YOU! I'm looking forward to your next video production, though!

I really think once we start playing with external mics I can get it so it will be capable of being too loud. Gonna put a mic in the top by drivers visor and maybe mic up the back bumper every once in a while.
I am waiting for the stupid 100% proprietary external mic adapter to show up only made by GoPro.

Fought with the C5 (2000) TPMS today. Maybe someone can help me understand...
All four sensors were working, but the right rear always read about 9 pounds too low. So I bought a new one for the RR, had it installed, and the sensors reprogrammed. Now LF is OK, RF is OK, RR is OK (replaced) but LR shows nothing. Tech couldn’t get the horn to beep on RR after several tries.
Now I get a Service TPMS message on startup.
LR sometimes displays as Lxxx and sometimes only as L with spaces.
Don’t understand why two different displays and don’t know whether the solution is to purchase and install another new sensor for LR.
What do you think?

it's in a really tight area, so getting the 3/8" hose back onto the reservoir was a real PITA, but other than that so far so good!

Racer
Owned it for a week now
So since i owned it i have had the tranny fluid drained and replaced. Rear diff same. Not much difference other than trans temps a little cooler maybe. No leaking.
Replaced denso spark plugs gapped at 60 with Acdelco stock plugs at 40. Also new wires. It is smoother with the new plugs and wires. I could not use the metal part that insulate the plug wires over the spark plugs but the silicone part is rated at 900 degrees so it should not be an issue. Ran it for a long time yesterday and no issues there.
Put in a split stainless steel cold air intake. Looks great. Not much difference in performance. Maybe a little better sound.
Next is axle back exhaust and single din head unit.
Then i am done for a while.
