What did you do to your C5 today?

Drifting
RIdies seat covers installed
Cray spider wheels, stripped and polished, installed with Carbotech ceramic brake pads to cut down on brake dust.
Drove 30 miles top down for a round of golf, returned top down, got home just as the rain started. Other than that, just another day.

Replaced the serpentine belt and greased the tensioner pulley and the idler pulley. Not too hard to do.

Did my brakes and painted my calipers/brackets/rotors. Turned out pretty nice. Used POR15. Tip: Make sure paint is nice and warm, you will get less drips and smoother finish.

Put the hydro carbon fiber dipped brake ducts on. The local painter did a mediocre job but I put them on the car anyway. Also finished up the engine bay and the front end. Scraped the the new front splitter a couple times but so far it has survived, not going to lower the car at all. Added a small spoiler on the back too.

Fixed the header liner. The whole piece dropped out of it. I got lucky the cloth hasn’t separated from the foam so all I had to do was clean off existing glue (not much of it tbh) spray new glue onto the tops and press the liner top back in. It was quick and painless.

2021 C5 of the Year Finalist - Modified
Finally broke down and installed a manual seat track assembly on the drivers seat. It's like driving a brand new car. There is zero unwanted movement of any kind now. Since my car is a non memory car anyways it's good riddance even easier.
I've had the car for not quite a year now and I've never moved the seat so I don't think 10 pounds of sloppy power junk is worth it.
I had this exact same problem with my 2005 GTO that didn't even make it to warranty.
I know there's fixes for sliding and rocking but I don't want no part of it.

42 mile drive though the countryside check the rice fields. Wife chilled out in the passengers seat digging on Bobby Dylan.

Drove it for the first time since October.
Driving on flat spotted 20 year old Goodyear EMTs makes for an entertaining trim around the block. Nothing quite like feeling like you're constantly driving into curbs to put you in a good mood. Gotta drag my tires out of storage and swap them on.

Soft top touch-up repair
Use aquasure urethane glue to touch-up soft-top area where the fabric is worn out....after having the car washed thoroughly and went for the longest drive since bought in the sunny Swedish west coast roads.

Cleaned up the text on the calipers. The previous owner was lazy and just painted the whole caliper red. I really don't care for red calipers on the base cars and may return it to the original look next time I do brakes, but the fact the letters were painted just went through me. I think they do look much better like this. Disregard the random drips / staining on the rotor hat. I have to believe at some point a previous owner used some sort of acid based wheel cleaner and mucked everything up.
