What did you do to your C5 today?

Got the exhaust re-designed a tad. Now dumps right behind the rear tires, but points away from the tranny and the springs. No more rattle on the over axel piping. Also put on a new steering wheel with a quick release. Old one was getting sticky and when the roll cage goes in, it would be a pain without the quick release.

3D printed a nice little curved arm that fits over the edge of the A-pillar trim and has a ball on the end to work with my Garmin GPS unit. I got tired of the suction cup losing its grip on the windshield and falling off. Also I can see my drivers side fender now.
This keeps the GPS unit up high enough that I don't have to take my eyes off the road to look at it but keeps it far enough from the steering wheel that I'm not hitting when I turn or use the signals.

Print some more, I'd be a buyer!

Been working on my C5. Had two music controllers (light controllers) go bad so had to replace them (what a pain, I originally installed to never replace). Also installing a innovativcar-tech.de shifter ****. Gotta tap into wires that are controlled by the light switch so the shift pattern lights up. Plan on wrapping everything back together later today.

Clay Bar the entire vehicle and applied Rejex, with 3 coats on the hood and nose and front windshield. Getting the girl ready for a 4,000 mile trip starting on 28 April.

100k miles celebration
New seat covers and foam (better for my tush), high line detail (TR red really pops) and new chrome replica wheels. Top hats on rotors painted black, looks much better and painted over the brake pads that show thru the calipers.

Paroled her from storage today. Five long months. Fired up like I drove her yesterday. Celebrated by ordering an MGW shifter - flat stick with the black ****.

Yesterday got my 99 out for the first time this year. Man, it is so much faster than my 02 (SC with 620 HP)

My '99 convertible needed new tires. That led me to shopping for TPMS sensors and reasonably priced wheels. Ended up with a new set of BFG G-Force Comps, Schrader TPMS sensors, and a used set of thin spokes all for less than $850.

Gave it the day off! Did not even start it. Truck duty in the morn and motorcycling down back gravel roads in the afternoon.
