Picked up the car from spending a few days at Abel Chevrolet.....off the top of my head, hear goes, lol:

-LG Lowering Spindles
-LG Coilovers
-LG Rear bumpsteer tie rod kit
-AMT Mono ball A-Arms
-AMT Camber Kit
-AMT Motor mounts
-SKF Hubs with longer ARP studs
-New Front AP Racing J hook rotors & hats and Ferodo race pads
-OMP Steering wheel and quick release with functional horn and no airbag light
-Improved Racing oil pan baffle for the batwing oil pan
-Updated Valve springs
-New spark plugs and coil wires
-New coolant hoses
-New serpentine belt
-Track alignment and corner weight

I may be forgetting something, but these were the main upgrades for this go around. Now I have to figure out my new containment race seat, change trans and diff fluids, flush clutch fluid, bleed brakes & burnish pads. After that, I think I'm 95% done for the time being.

Just got back from taking mine for a cruise in 28 degree, sunny winterness here in Omaha! Roads are dry, so it was good to get her out for bit.

Looked at it in disgust as it’s been sitting since the last time I made an attempt to drive it and got rained on November 3rd. It has sat weeks before then.

I actually logged miles and drives this year. It made it out of the garage 28 times.

Ohio is useless.

Deciding to either part out or dive in deeper. Want to make it handle more like my Miata - contemplating coilovers. Right now it’s just not nearly as fun.

Cant sell in winter. Would take a bath anyhow in the spring with current prices. Might as well keep spending.

since putting mine away for the winter it has gotten C6z shocks, C5Z sway bars, scored a used BB RT66 exhaust and finished installing it today, dropped the trans pan for a fluid/filter service but considering putting a transgo kit in the A4

Perfect weather today for a car show, so got it out and went to a Toys For Tots show. Had over 300 cars there. It was a lot of fun.

Anybody else have ideas to either repel or kill mice?

Peppermint oil solution soaked rags, but requires resoaking every so often. I think best is you taking a look and making some noise, turning on lights periodically.

I did my LS6 intake manifold swap this morning. Wasn't planning on doing it until the big head swap but another forum member was wanting my old LS1 intake for another project so I got her done.

I did more of a strategic removal of the plastic ribs on the LS6 intake. Turned out quite well. Put a little not available to the public sealant on the knock sensor covers and where the wires go into the rubber. I don't drive this car in the rain or take a hose to the engine so I'm not worried about water anyways.

Found a vacuum leak (cracked hard line to the HVAC off the back of the manifold) and got that fixed in the process. She runs smoother than she ever has.

Started what will be a winter project as time (and my interest) permits. Mocked up what will eventually be fiberglass rear brake ducts. I'm not a fan of the factory version so thought I'd make my own. I'll post updates as things progress....

Jost, those look pretty flimsy. You MUST contact E/T. (Evil Twin), proper name is Bill. He did his years ago and they are spectacular.

I've seen his .... that was my inspiration to get started. I agree, his design is awesome! But I don't want to mod & repaint the rocker panels. I'm going to try do something that can mount to the existing rocker and still look good. Time will tell if I succeed or not ....
The pic is just a paper mock-up. The final fiberglass result will be much more sturdy. Stay tuned.

Are you planning to make them functional?

Not sure yet. I'll build them so I'll have that option.

Put it in a 10x20 storage unit for winter and spread moth ***** on the floor of the unit but did not "winterize" because I'll take it out on dry sunny days, drop the top, crank up the heat and cruise!

I also like what he has in the grill instead of the mesh look. Where are those available?

Thanks for the compliments, the wheels are made by OEWheels I believe and are the C6 Z06 deep dish style wheels. Not really sure if they are available anymore or not. I got them in the C5 Z06 sizes so they are an inch wider then the stock coupe sizes. The grills I know for sure aren’t made anymore.

I had a little time over the W/E so formed them up in clay. Probably won't get much further until after Xmas. Next step is to smooth them up and pour molds.
