Oh boy, it's ABS. Have you had much luck printing ABS? Getting to stick to the build plate is a b1tch. Mind you, I'm trying to print something simple in PLA this morning for my son and the Y stepper is jerking like mad. Off to Google to see what the problem could be. These ANET's are demanding mistresses!

I never used ABS, would be fun to try

I print on a 5mm glass now at 60c for PLA, it's stick very well with gluestick, I am sure ABS will be a nightmare but if I print my LENS, I think I need ABS or PETG, but PETG is not cheap and not available on amazon.ca right now.

PETG supposed to print like PLA but strong like ABS

I need your help for the LENS design, I am about to order transparent red/orange ABS spool for that purpose!

Here another crappy design with real size, so maybe you have new/better idea of the design, if so post your crappy design as well

After looking at cars while driving, I changed the design with stuffs with my original one, I think the LENS will look fine like this.

For the light, it will be simple, I use the brake light, that have halo, this halo for the RED part is always ON, the middle light up on BRAKE. For the turn signal, I will need to do some kind of electronics to make it work like I want, so when the turn signal is OFF, light is OFF, but when the turn signal is activated, the halo is always ON and the middle will flash with a second delay.

From first glance, I don't see the need for wiring that doesn't already exist.

I can only speak for Florida but many states share laws. In Florida any colour other than white or yellow/amber may be seen from the front of a car. No colour other than red or amber may be seen from the rear. No colour other than amber may be seen from the side except for red which can only be in the rear. Reverse lights may be white but can only show when actually going in reverse. Green, blue etc is completely illegal in any form while operating on the streets.

I just figured out it was your finger blocking the plate in the first pic!
So are the halos mounted to the outside of the stock lens, with your blackout cover over it? I've always looked at that with the ship-in-a-bottle approach!
