How do you remove the inside trim along the drivers side of the windshield?

How do you remove the inside trim along the drivers side of the windshield?
When my stereo was installed a wire was run up to the top for the microphone. Well the installer interwove the wire under the dash along on of the panels and I want to straighten it out.
I assume it's just give it a tug, but where, which way from someone that has would be helpful!
