No chance you want to fix it yourself? Its super cheap to do on your own and the online tutorials are very detailed.

Geterdone, I did mine four weeks ago, I also had a broken flange on driver side seat. The key is to take your time and go over the video several times.

I did not move the seat all the way forward when I removed it, but I did use masking tape on the tracks once I had the seat out. So when I go to reinstall, I have to align the aluminum block with the 2 holes with the tape marks lined up correct? I guess I will have do trial and error with the distance since I did not have seat all the way forward.

Got it all done, and seat back in. Absolutely perfect now...
