2002 Corvette C5- How to reset module
I have a 2002 Corvette, C5. I just recently started to get the dreaded Service ABS, Service Active Hndlng on screen. This does not happen all the time, but starting to happen more often. It has become a detraction while driving to keep seeing the prompts.
How do I reset while driving to clear out these message? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can just press the reset button to remove the messages on the DIC but the amber warnings on the speedo will stay on until the next cycle( when you restart your car) but it may also remain depending on the situation. I also have a 2002 that had the same intermittent issue and I finally removed the EBCM and shipped it to ABSfixer to repair the bad solder/relay that was causing the problem. Search EBCM on this forum and you'll find plenty of info on this common issue.

Melting Slicks
You have two ways of fixing the problem, one is to tackle each issue one at a time until it is fixed or you can do like 8VETTE7 says and pull the codes to find out what exactly is the issue.
