I actually like the ZR1 spoiler, I don't think the flat black on a gloss black car does it justice. On a gloss black I think it needs to be color matched or maybe gloss carbon fiber. On a contrasting color car, I think you have a bit more lead way. I have an EB Z06 and have thought that a gloss black or gloss carbon ZR1 spoiler with a gloss black or gloss carbon fiber roof wrap would look nice?? Would have to be on a car with black wheels to set it all off.

FYI and maybe you guys already know this but I bought mine around 4 years ago and it looks GREAT but in the last year or so you can now buy one that is actually longer extending further from rear fender to rear fender which I think fits the body better and looks better so be careful which one you buy. And either they are carbon fiber or are wrapped I am not sure? The original one I bought is some kind of plastic compound and came dark grey primer which I painted semi gloss black.

Oh yes I just tapped it on did not want to drill holes in case I wanted to remove it.

The real key is the length of the spoiler, if it came on the car or you bought it used the prior owner could have wrapped it ?

I just don't care for how the spoiler starts so far inboard. It doesn't work well with the design of the C5 in my opinion. That said, there aren't many options out there that do work well with C5Z....it's tough. I don't like any of them so....I've gone a different direction with ours. Coming soon...hehehe....

If you like it, that's all that matters.

Ha Ha, too funny. I even have a spare upper skirt part, all are real carbon fiber. I know cause the previous owner had damaged the middle of the front spoiler, I sanded out most of the cracks, and re-cleared it.

Wrap is easy to spot when you look close at it..

I don't think it looks integrated, it just kinda sits there like a plank of wood sitting up there. Caravaggio for me. Fits with the car because it was originally designed for the car to be from GM.

I took the Z to a car show on Wednesday. I'm always surprised at how much attention this car gets. I had one guy point out the spoiler. He said it looked great and it should of been that way from the factory because the back of the C5 is just bland. Lots of cars, handful of Corvettes but only one Z06

Well after all that, I decided I like the Z better without the rear spoiler. Removed it today.

To me Those spoilers look like an autozone stick on after thought and not a clean sleek factory look

Ya, gives me a 'woody everytime'

Stylish, sleek, sexy, made to compliment, and intergrate with the *** end ...I think NO.

I think it looks OK, but I do prefer the looks of the SLP spoiler better.
