Your car is looking good. What fenders are those? I can't quite tell from the pic are the fronts flared too?

Drop Spindles worth the $$?
As the subject says, are the drop spindles worth it? Have you driven it lowered without them and able to compare? I have been on the fence about getting a set.

Old flares, now, made by TPE Los Vegas NV. I am not
sure if they are in business these days. I would recommend
finding flares some where else.
Thanks for the kudo's. I should take a new picture of the old vette; it
has changed again.

It's cool to conversate here about lowering and whatever. I just ask that we keep it civil please, and be at least somewhat on track I'm a little interested in drop spindles too, but DAMN they expensive!

I think that the only way to quantify any negative effects of lowering would be in the form of lap times...set a baseline laptime (average of 5 laps at your local road course), lower the car, and repeat the same day.

Too bad someone doesn't make an adjustable air ride kit for the C5...parked you could slam it, then raise it back up to stock ride height for less scraping while driving...
