I changed the battery and installed a new one but I am not getting any electrical power to the car at all. All fuses are good but still no power.

Are you sure the new battery is "hot"....charged up. Ten years ago, I purchased a brand new Diehard...and was uncharged.

Go back where you purchased it or check it out at an auto parts store or use a dvm to check out the battery is FULLY charged.

Make sure the new battery connections are clean and torqued properly.

Are you getting zero now...no lights, no horn or anything else?
