Default Loud squeal from rear of engine bay

I've been searching to see if anyone has a similar problem, but can't find anything other than belt/pulley issues. My car is a 97 and the previous owner put in a built 5.3 so it isn't the ls1. I knew about the issue when I go at the car thinking it would be easy to diagnose. The car runs great, it will just start to make a squealing sound (sounds almost like a belt) after about 10 minutes of driving. After about an hour the noise will go away until I turn off the car and start it back up. I've run the car without the belts on it and it still makes the noise. It sounds like it is coming from the back of the engine bay and when I get the car in the air it sounds like it's coming from around the passenger side header but I can't tell for sure. I've Thaddeus someone look at it and they said it was intake gaskets so I replaced them (5 of the 8 were rolled over so they needed replaced). But the squeal is still there. Does anyone have any ideas what could be making the noise?
Any input is appreciated. Thanks.
