Yesterday I fixed my targa top rattle. I want to thank the person with the suggestion on how to fix. 10 mm. wrench pull the cover back carefully just enough to to get the wrench in loosen the bolt, push the the peace down that the latch attaches to and re-tighten the bolt and problem solved. Again thanks to the people for their suggestions.
