Sorry, my last post was before I saw the last few. So I turned on the twilight sentinel and the lights went up for about 20 seconds and then went down (I'm sure because of the sun). So does that help with the diagnosis?

That means your HCM is working properly, there is no connection problem, and the problem most likely lies in your MFS.

MultiFunction Stalk. It's the stalk that controls yiur headlights, turn signals, etc. I din't have any experience diagnosing it so I'll leave it to others.

Yes. Most likely it's your multifunction switch (MFS)
first I want to thank GCG and 8VETTE7 for all the help and support. It is the MFS causing the problems, the contact is not making a good connection. I did bend the bad just a little and was able to get them to work. Last night I tried them a few times and it was good, but then when I wanted them on they would not go back up. I will try to bend just a little more and maybe apply a little electronic grease to the contact.
