***Radioflyer's Bi-xenon ACA headlights - Now Available!!***
Radioflyer is proud to announce the world-famous Bi-xenon ACA headlights are again available for purchase. For those of you who just want good headlight with the factory flip-up system, they don't come any better than these. Our headlights are the ONLY C5 headlight featuring Bi-xenon (HID low/high) Projector technology giving you incredible output in high or low beam instantly.
Our system is entirely plug-and-play using normal home hand tools and can be installed in about 2 hours (depending on how many times you have to find a tool you just had in your hand)
No Glare to oncoming traffic.
Low beam - Look how far you can see down the road.
High beam - Owls beware
Order here:

Modern Look
Kits take about 1 week to assemble/ship. RHD option is also available for former colonies of the UK.

Best improvement made to my car. Stock headlights are a disaster if you have to drive at night, this conversion takes the worry out of the dark.

Just ordered a set! George at RadioFlyer was very helpful pre-sale. We'll see how the installation goes.
Got my '03 last summer and had it in storage for the winter. I don't drive a LOT at night but immediately noticed how dismal the lights are. Tried a temporary fix with the help of Runner140: installed 9005 high beam LEDs in place of the low beams. The result was a great improvement but the original high beams are still awful and I discovered the headlights would not retract if the low beams were on--not enough amperage draw. This may be because I have the Twilight Sentinel feature because others have reported no problem.
Anyway, I can't replace the high beams or the lights won't retract. I did check other options and one seller suggested high beam HID conversion kit plus a "twilight harness".
So last night was the final straw. Drove 2 hours on the Garden State Parkway and while the LED low beams were bright, I'm not convinced the pattern is right (think I've read the stock reflectors and lenses aren't right for LED). And the ACAs LOOK really cool!
When I got to the 5 mile country road leading to my house and switched on the "brights" the dim yellow light was REALLY inadequate. Not good with deer and other critters!
So I took the plunge. There are cheaper options but do I really want a cheap Chinese knock-off on my Vette? No. From what I'm reading here George's product is a quality piece of equipment.

Mine came quickly and I installed them. Very bright and they just look cool!
One suggestion: While you have everything apart, make sure the long "goldenrod" vertical adjustment shafts turn easily. They take an E8 socket. Do not force them. If they are seized, search for "goldenrod" or see this thread: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...estions-2.html
Fix the adjusters BEFORE reassembling the headlights.
Some have suggested WD-40 or PB Blaster but the problem, as described in the other thread, is getting the stuff inside the gear box. Save yourself headaches and take care of this before everything is put back together.

I can see! I can finally see at night!
RF bi-xenon has been a great addition to our C5!
We see far better at night with these new lights than with any other bulb combination we tried.

I've had these for a few years now. Probably the best aesthetic and safety related upgrade I've done. The comparison of lighting before and after the install made the original lights look like a total joke.

Just a comment on how pleased I am with RadioFlyer: Their ACA kit may be more expensive than the ones on ebay but I'm convinced you get what you pay for. The kit is very complete and the parts are all of high quality. I've had a couple of occasions to email George for advice or information and he is VERY responsive to customers and potential customers.
Now I have the "better lighting bug"! I'll admit I installed the cheap RV LED tail lights but I'm looking at RadioFlyer's other offerings and planning future mods and upgrades. I think new corner lights with switchback bulbs and an LED strip may be next, although I'll probably have to get my mechanic to do the installation. then maybe the LED DRL and CREE backup lights.
Had planned to leave the C5 stock, but the ACA headlights are such an incredible improvement I'm now hooked on better lighting

One of the best mods to date. In terms of "getting what you pay for" - like others have said, I'd put this in the same category of ARH/Kooks headers, MGW shifters, Borla exhaust systems etc. - there are certain brands that are just of a higher quality level & superior to the competition. Is what it is.
