I personally love the c5 but I'm getting bored with mine...been thinking of stepping up to a c6 z06 or zr1. But In messaging another member who went from c5z to c6 zr1 he said it was very underwhelming

On both of my c5's I ran a staggered 19/19 set up

If I get another one I will try a 19/20. I really like the look , I know others don't, its just a matter of personal taste

The ZR1 is nice but the interior is not much better then the C5's and that would really bother me after a while

Its a really tough choice on where to go next for us guys who are on a budget

The blue and white is forsure the best color scheme for the vipers

I like the gen 2's because they actually have things like windows and door handles lol, but my preference would be to find a clean gen 3 convertible

no, it just means that 19s on all four corners isn't considered staggered

I don't have a picture I can upload but I have to say that Evil Twin aka Bill has one of the nicest C5s on the forum.

hes referring to staggered as in narrower wheels in the front and wider wheels in the back.

yeah that's what sounds logical, but a 19X9.5 front and 19X10.5 rear is staggered due to the increased rear wheel width, the wheel diameter isn't even considered.

I'm a diot because I did not realize the previous post was a typo with a missing i and not the wrong word of diotic which has something to do with your ears?

I guess it means either or but I'm with you. I've always heard it in reference to diameter.

A staggered fitment is also referred to as a staggered application. Basically, it means that the wheels on the back of the vehicle are a different size than those on the front. Wider wheels are usually run on the back, for example a 19x8 on the front and 19x9.5 on the rear.

I think they are the best bargain to be had when it comes down to it

Revolvers car is one of the best looking I agree, but the wheels are a little too small for my taste
thanks

wheels too small? I guess so, with that said, my car is not built for "car shows" for its main purpose, the rears have 345 drag radials for a reason, the car is mini-tubbed for a reason, the front wheels have R888 for a reason, show car is the last thing I would describe my car, im just thankful some people like my style

if "show car" was its main purpose, my car would look different

Thats cool if you guys claim your car is the nicest of them all

honestly I never claimed my car nor care if its the nicest, I didnt built it to compete with anyone, I built it for my self and enjoy it thats all that matters to me, if other people like my style, then thats a bonus
