I understand each of the wheels are in a different series, but what exactly is the difference between KL11, RZ05 and RS41 (minus the finishing color/option)?

The difference is with in the inner barrel, sizes offered and color options.
Also the faces on the model you mention are slight different some can be built with more concave and some can not.
