Default getting paint correction on my Z done update pics

last week i dropped my car off to a detail place to get paint correction done he text me some pics and i was out and seen some of the car completed have to say its pretty impressive!

i keep up with my car, last summer i did a clay bar then with a 6" orbital machine and various pads compound, wax then polished it took out about 85% of the swirls, scratches and marks just using stuff from local parts house was a big improvement but wasnt really 100% so i finally gave the car to a pro and man i dont think the paint looked this good when it was new!

keep in mind these are pics that was text to me

these are just the 1st step! im really please so far

he taped off everything

in this pic you can see defects in the paint i could not get out

here you can see they was removed

some one ran something across my hood (maybe a key?) left about a 2 foot mark in it he got it all out it was between the edge of the hood and the stripe running same as the stripe hood is finished 3 steps i think here

Ok several things I noticed:
1) Obviously the paint; amazing
2) the reflection of his shop within the paint... All his products are so meticulously organized, or hung out the peg board etc. That is an individual who absolutely strives for perfection, and these pics reflect that 100%.

Really wish I could take my Z and my wife's car to him. Bravo and congratulations Sir, you found a legit professional.

looks great.. I did the same as you when I bought my car.. used my porter cable buffer with the foam pads.. made it shine like a diamond in a goats ***, but still has a ton of micro scratches and swirls.. I need to get a pro to do it.. and man what a garage that guy has.. im seriously jealous. he must have $25k worth of detail products in there !!
