You're talking to a section of the auto enthusiast market that has no problem paying $800 for a pair of flared fenders that require another $800 of body work just to make them fit.

O.K. here is the update for the trailer LED install.

It looks good when it arrived, for a $12.00 ea it sure looks good.

The fit and finish that went on to the car is better than expected. No extension is needed or use for the install. It is flush and looks almost OEM.

It took about an hour from the unpacking it to a one by one install and rechecking.

No hyper flasher with the Hyper flasher unit installed. The only thing is the hazard light blink a bit fast but that is about it. No error or what so ever so far.

It seem that I can'y upload any pictures. Sorry

$60.98 for 6 shipped

or

63.49 for 4 shipped

Makes good sense to get two spares for less than the cost of a set of 4.
Weird pricing...........

I wonder if I can get my current sequential tail light kit to work with these lights......will give it a try.

Well, that looks fine to me!! I just ordered another six for ~$10 each, before they run out. The two extra ones will be good to play with... see if I can add additional LED's or something.

Look like they must have bought the old molds from GM sometime, and that's what's being used now to make new lenses for the RV's.

I don't see why not. I accidentally wire one of the wire backward and I have sequential lights, but that trigger the AH error. LOL

Andy,

Are you trying to corner the cheap LED market? LOL

Andy,

I don't think that you will be able to corner the market with the trailer lights. Too many proud Corvette owners will not be caught dead with the trailer light installed on their Vette. They rather paid the big time Corvette tax and be able to tell everyone that they paid a lots of money for it. (Walking with chest sticks up in the air)

(Joking).

I wonder how long until some RV outfit starts wondering why cheap tail lights are suddenly flying off the shelves - LOL!

Get 'em while they're hot

Andy,

Can you imagine that they start charging the Corvette Tax as well?

Then there won't be any more 6 for $60 shipped.

jrprich,

looks nice and easy. but I just went ahead and cut the wires and spliced with a wire connector. Since my wires are already kind of cut for the led light that was installed by the previous owner between the exhaust pipes. so it was a good time to do some repairing and re-enforce the wires.
