Honestly, I thought the Silverado exhaust sounded better.

1st sounds like a truck, second sounds H pipe gurgly. On the truck who cares, it's a truck. If it was my Corvette I'd be doing exhaust mods.

I like them both.
Unlike most of those on the forum, I like the gurgling sound.

The truck. Rather my vehicle be stock and truck-like than the noise coming out of that vette. That just sounds like a beater with a hole in the pipes.

The Vette sounded better than the truck. I like loud. I have Bullets and love them.

At idle I prefer the truck; when revved I prefer the Vette.

B&B Bullets sound awesome. I love my Magnaflows with Kooks long tubes and hi-flow green cats. I was thinking of switching to Bullets.

I bought my first catback over 10 years ago; a Borla Stinger single tip(s). Talk about going from mild to wild! That only cost me $250 (used) and cleaned up like new. Those tiny, flat tips on C5s always bugged me, too.

I would like the truck to sound a little more aggressive. The Corvette sounds nice while driving, but listening to it from behind the car could be better.

Default Both sound like crap

The stock C5 cam sounds like a distressed water buffalo caught at the watering hole by a crocodile.

C5's need an aftermarket cam. Even the C5z stock cam sounds like Mary Poppins about to break out in song.

The stock exhaust doesn't sound terrible. Don't forget these cars were made almost 20 years ago. Now the stock C7 exhaust is amazing.....for being stock.

I agree with you, it's cleaner. I am going to fix the C5 exhaust and made it sound awesome
