After a few weeks of on and off work, I finished it. Only problem area really was the rear lettering that I thought I could lay into, not to noticeable though. Learned ALOT actually doing it, and I can't wait till next year to re-wrap it! Let the disparaging comments commence lol. Didn't re apply the z06 emblems since I will be getting custom ones made once I get my LT's in and re-dynoed.

Thanks everyone!
No, came in a 5' x 75' roll. Here is a picture of the process when I was doing the rear bumper. Also I literally probable spent more time watching videos on wrapping then I did actually wrapping, and even that didn't even fully prepare my for all of the unknowns.
Had to go digging for a photo. Paint is pretty much flawless, hence either wrap or ppf. I decided to go for the wrap due to the options of colors etc. I know vinyl and ppf are two completely different things, but in terms of swirling and scratches it suffices. If I take a rock chip oh well lol.
In this picture I still had the factory turn signals, I figured since I had the front fascia off it was time to upgrade!

From the pix available it looks like you did a great job. which wrap did you use? Looks like a colorshift. How did you handle tough areas like the tail light buckets and side coves?
Did you do it all on the car? Dry or wet method?
I had a black Z and I was bored of the color too. Glad I don’t have a black car now, despite how good they can look.
Did you have any issues with small stone chips or other variables in the finish?
I’d love to do mine in an orange red colorshift.

1. Nice job. It was not easy to do.
2. I like your vette better before the wrap. It's the color, etc of
the wrap you used. It is totally a subjective thing. Who cares what
I think.
