Default Most miles per tank of fuel

What is the most miles you have gotten per 1 tank of fuel? No top offs or additions along the way. What is your year, gear ratio and trans? No woulda, shoulda, or couldas.

Posting in C4,C5,C6, and C7 sections.

I've gotten 350 miles out of a tank, but I also drive with a lead foot and have an A4 with 3.42 gears.

My '00 6spd vert averaged over 400 miles per tank. The '04 Z06 got around 340. The new ZR1... let's just say less miles, but WAY more smiles!

My 04 manual coupe went 405 miles between fillups on my way home from buying it. It had gas left in the tank but probably not more than a gallon or two.

With the factory LS1 (with CAI, long tubes, exhaust and a tune) I got 32MPG on a 2500 mile road trip. That's an M6 with the 3:42 rear.
With the LS3, I get about 22MPG, but with 700+ RWHP there's bound to be a trade off.

Stock LS1 with MN6 and Vararam, I've gone 400 miles with about 2.5 gallons remaining in the tank.

You need to specify if the info was taken using the DIC or actually calculated from fill up to fill up.

In the manual tranny cars I have had (3.42 diff gears, ‘99 and ‘00 model years), I have gotten right at 450 miles from a tank of gas.

In my ‘03 with 3.15 gears and an auto tranny, I get a little better than 400 miles from a tank.

That's impressive. I doubt we can get that kind of mileage here in CA with all the ethanol in our fuel.

Flew to Dallas and drove it back, I have also drove to Vegas and back on a single tank (501 miles). I did a full tune up when I got back, plugs wires, that jazz and it ran a ton better, I bet it would have been higher if those were fresh.

I stick to 76 fuel as they typically have less additives and ethanol than the other brands.

Long drives, 70mph on cruise and it gets 31-33 easily.

Thanks for sharing. Ive been doing some research across the boards and other places and you definitely hold the record at 658. I don't know of a Vette that has gone further on a single tank of fuel.

Sounds about right, my cruising speed is typically about 75 mph and I get approximately 28-29 mpg.
