Default Road Trip Pictures

On a recent thread about taking long trips and the C5 reliabilty, some folks posted pictures of their trips. I thought that was very interesting, so I thought I would create a thread where members could post pictures of their Corvette road trips. Post up to 3 or 4 pictures of your C5 adventures. I will start.

Wish I could post up some pics, but didn’t go anywhere with the car this year but on relatively local trips. I’ll just enjoy seeing the pics that others post up.

I'm game. I love taking the Wife and the Vette on road trips. One of our favorite places is the Great Smokey Mountains. Hope you enjoy the picks.
Great Smokey Mountain Parkway
Blue Ridge Parkway

Any road trip pics will do, no matter how short the trip.

Just saw the dates on my old pics and I was wrong about sept, it was actually oct third. Amazing to be able to keep the top down the whole time. Mt Washington is home to some of the worst weather in the world!
Not this day.

Regretfully I haven't taken a proper roadtrip in my c5, but that's coming!
Lots of day trips so far tho! The white mtns in New Hampshire are some of my favorites.

And this is forever one of my favorites, up on the coast of Maine visiting family & my 79 yr old grandmother drove my car. She was driving a 54 vette when my grandparents met, certainly the reason I'm driving one now! Going to be very hard to beat this experience

Great pic of your Grandmother driving.
I have one of my Father driving mine when he was in his 80's and it's one of my favorites. I gave him a copy of it and it was one of his favorites as well.

Drove mine to Corvettes at Carlisle this year. 1,000 mile round trip. Ran great.

Great pics. My wife and I vacationed in Maine this past September and upgraded the rental car from a compact to the Enterprise Exotic Collection and got a 2016 vette for the week. Drove up Rt 1 and 1A along the Maine coast and also went to NH and drove the Kancamagus Highway. Weather was 75 and sunny the whole trip.

In 2012 did a 7500+mile road trip thru 19 states in 22 days in my 1999 vert. I turn 66 years old that year and called the trip "66 on Route 66".

Now that's a ROAD TRIP! Folks afraid of driving their C5s and take the SUV instead really don't know what they are missing. Most of the fun is getting there.
I hope you get to take some more trips with it.
