I'm amazed vendors sell these "lips" for $40-$60 for what is effectively garage door seal with double sided body tape; that's where they got the idea from over a decade ago when the import crowd started sticking garage door seals under the front of their car(s) [personal experience...].
Yes, at speed they will yield a bit and begin to flap inwards. The other thing is if for whatever reason you happen to contact the forward most point of the fascia it's going to rip it down and you'll likely have to pull the whole thing off.
I'd save the dollars for a proper splitter.

I don't see anything in the description that indicates any real strength or structure to this. It looks good in the photos, but if it's that flexible, how will it look after a few trips on the Interstate?

Wow, they actually sell this junk on a corvette website??? You will get it cheaper from a home improvement store or eBay...
I agree with above, import crowd thing over a decade ago, cheap civics mostly in my area.....
Spend your money on a real splitter/lip....
