Big congrats on the C5!! I didn't know GM had a Sunburst orange color for the C5. Or did someone have it painted?
Either way, you got a nice car. C5's are super fun cars. Love mine.
I am also a former C4 owner. 1994 admiral blue ZF car to be exact.

The gentleman I just got the car from had it painted 10 years ago, it was silver, The color now is atomic orange.. Cool color... I have lots of work to do, just got a set of nice seat covers .. They will help the interior for sure.. I will get the car the way it should be again.. Just gonna take little time, I'm not rich..

Hello Again,

Just purchased a brand new after market set of rims and tires, Same as the ones on the car now.. Cleaned the interior up yesterday and looks 100% better already. Man this this was really filthy... Went to clean the rims up and realized they are trashed.. Didn't realize how bad they were.. They are not gonna clean up that's why I purchased new ones... That's it for this month.. I will post pics once rims and tires are installed.. HEHE!!! Going out to wash and wax this baby now..

Dont do seat covers. Either look throught the used section here / craiglist/ebay and find some new/used ones or get them recover.

Thanks Guys,

Well she's getting there, Little bye Little...
Got the seats out and skins off, Had to order new foam set... Waiting for it in the mail.. Wont be here till Monday.

Well I have a new oil pressure sensor to put in, I am going to attempt to
do it without removing intake, I hope I can get to that sucker, Worse comes to worse I will have to pull the manifold. but rather not if I don't have too...

Wish me luck guys,

Ant...

Thanks again guys,

Got the oil pressure switch removed and installed without removing the manifold...
The trick to that was long long long flathead screwdriver and mac oil pressure switch socket number SC46...
Put in new plugs and wires.. new pcv tube..

Well now I just kick back and wait for more parts to show up..

Congrats on the car brotha!!!! I have a 98 as well and love it, one recommendation is swap that stock manifold with a ls6 huge diffrences for the $ do the oil pressure sensor while you do it i dI'd id all at once...
If not there is a YouTube video replacing the sensor without pulling the manifold it's super tight but can be done.... welcome to the 98 club
