Default Couldn't wait anymore.

Well the temperature is a balmy 40 something today so I declared take your Vette to work day. Couldn't wait any longer. I bought it to drive!
This is the Hudson River Ice Flow from the Newburgh Waterfront right before work. The sunrises over Mount Beacon are beautiful sometimes.
Enjoy.

A lot of Ice this year in the Hudson River.

Nice picture

I just got mine out yesterday. No snow here on Cape Cod. It rained and the roads dried up. No salt. Feels great when you have been deprived for so long.

Drive it as often as you can. I take my Z out in the evenings when the temp dips into the 30's. Traction is a negative, but it's still a blast to drive. Have fun and be safe!

I was a little worried about the traction (actually still am) I have Firestone INDY 500 Summer tires on it, so I don't take the corners too hard.

Rust never sleeps. Road salt is not your friend. I used to take mine out occasionally when I lived up there. Last time I was in Newburg I was boating on the river. Nice pix!

Partly sunny and 75 in NC. I put the top down and went for a ride. Just a short one, and maybe some more tonight.

Sounds like a good day for you. It was an unbelievable 75* here today but there is so much salt on the roads from our recent layering of ice that the car stayed inside. We need a good heavy rain to wash off the roads then it will be time to drive the car.

After a few days of rain, the weather was 70+ today in the Washington DC area. Couldn't leave the Z06 in the garage. Back to reality as snow is expected on Saturday.

And "only" 74 today! But then 49 and rain tomorrow.
I've been out testing my new Billy Boat PRTs today.

Love reading these threads from you guys that live in the snow areas. I would love to live there, but that won't be for a while. I guess I'm blessed to live in a place where I can drive mine year round. Cool pics!

Craziness here in DC...
75 yesterday - Snow tomorrow - 75 on Tuesday
I def drive it when I can...even if I get stuck in the rain with my top off (only happened once)
It's just a pita to detail so I try to stick to dry roads and sunny days.
