Default RPI Designs need feedback

Greetings, I have decided to place a $1000.00 order with RPI, however I thought it would be a good idea to contact them via email through their web site.
The questions could be answer with a simple yes or no reply. It has been three days and no reply received. In my book this is raising a red flag.
Has anyone dealt with RPI Designs? How was your experience with them.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. I din't want to get ripped.

Thanks Mike

I have ordered some things from RPI, ordered, paid, they shipped it and I received it. Have been very happy with what I have bought with no problems. That said, I haven't had to deal with customer service. Hopefully their just busy and will get in touch soon.

They are on the C5 forum allot, they always have a thread or two started, try posting on one of those threads and get an answer.

I just ordered some things from RPIDesigns last week. I wanted to amend the order and contacted lanarpidesigns@gmail.com in the evening. I had a return email the next day. Received part of the order the day before I sent the email and the rest is scheduled for deliver tomorrow. Can't get much better than that for a quick response.

No problems with my order.....carbon fiber splitter and spoiler. Took a few weeks as stated on their web site. I called twice and they were good with delivery updates

There is a section on the forum that is designed to give members some insight into dealings with the various vendors on the forum (and non forum vendors as well). It is the Transactions Feedback section and is located here: https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...-feedback-153/.

Use the search feature to find threads on the particular vendor you are interested in.

That said, I have ordered several things from RPI and they were delivered promptly and in my case they were an exact paint match to my car. I was very pleased with the transactions.

I have ordered several times from them and have never had any issues at all. Josh actually let me stop by their old building when I was contemplating a front splitter and let me check it out in person on their C5. Their new building is just a few minutes down the road from where I live which is a plus for me on future orders that I can pickup and save on shipping.

Default Good products.

I have ordered from RPI several times, for the most part I was satisfied but I did have a issue when ordering CUSTOM PAINTED PARTS. I went a couple of weeks and after I called them to cancel I received them the next day. I would still buy from them again but I would make sure that I have a definitive time line.

I apologize if you have not had you email questions replied to yet. We do our best to get them right away but sometimes we will miss them. The flu has been going around our shop and so people are getting pulled from one department to work in another. Hopefully, you have received a response by now.You can always give us a call if you need an answer right away.

As of 22 Feb, I was still short one item. Emailed Lana in the evening. She had a tracking # the next morning. Great service!

I ordered from RPI at Carlisle, paid. Received the item 2 days later. Never had a problem.

Check to make sure you got the email right. Sometimes I fat finger the keyboard and send without reading

vendor responded closing thread.

in my experience its always good to call if you have questions, expectations etc then get it all in writing (email) that way if there is an issue you have something to back it up.

Default "Just do it"

I have dealt with them in the past and I just put in another order for custom painted parts 4 days ago! "Just do it". They are a good vendor and offer quality products.

Research the threads in the feedback forum
I am one of many that are unhappy with RPI and would never buy nor recommend them
Make sure you read the terms and conditions on their website. That’s what you have to live with if you buy from them. I really wanted to support a company in my home state and only 2 hours from my door. Never again for any reason.
