The ‘Caravaggio’ was designed for the C5 by John Cafaro, chief designer of the C5. I have his ‘Skunk Werks’ package (front canards, side splitters, rear spoiler.

This is a complete rear fascia, with the pronounced spoiler built into it. It's offered by Corvette Creationz, called the Xtreme....If this is of interest to you, look at the new one that Pete of CC is offering soon for sale. Much improved fit and finish...

No offense to the owners of Caravaggio style spoilers, but they just don’t match the natural body lines of of the c5 to me.. I really want a spoiler too, but I love the raised lip look.. I’ve been thinking about the SLP but I’d kinda prefer something just a hair more aggressive without having to drill holes

The deciding factor for me was that the Caravaggio rear spoiler width matches that of the C5 trunk or hatch line. That way, there isn’t a separate spoiler line, eliminating that “stuck on” or aftermarket look.
I can appreciate those wanting a more aggressive, or raised lip look. If so, I think the full rear fascia with the integrated spoiler looks great because it eliminates the spoiler line.

C6 style spoiler from "the.sawtooth" on ebay -- prepainted. I was on the fence with getting a spoiler until i saw this one in person. I ordered it a couple days later. Double stick tape -- and a little adhesive sealant -black silicone (probably unnecessary, the tape is stronger).

SMH at this whole thread...lol. These slap on spoilers look horrendous to my eyes.
The old spectre works integrated duckbill to the rear bumper is the only thing that works in my opinion. CC is looking to create the bumper possibly. The original homologation car for ALMS had a rear bumper like that, so that's much where the idea stems from.

Thanks! They were on there when I bought it, so unsure what "brand" they are -- but -- they were NOT the 'modified" style. I modified them with the resisters so just the halo was on in normal mode... Looks so much nicer.
I'm generally against aftermarket LED tails on cars - because they usually look out of place, and often just terrible. These C5 ones are done really well and look very nice.
