So, I understand that the modified Halos have a ring that stays illuminated at night (and signals) and that the center bits turn on when braking. But what does it do during the day when headlights aren't on? I would imagine the halo ring blinks during signalling, but does the entire ring+center illuminate while braking during the day (or just the center bit again)?

The rings will only be activated when the headlights or fogs are on with the modification. The halo rings do not blink.
