Custom black painted thin spoke form the 2000+ c5s. Look on the in side to see if it's stamped gm. If not they are repos.

The should be stamped on the spokes on the inside. Repos are heavier than stock wheels. They are not very sought after. If the tires are decent shape that's where most of the value will be. Search on the parts for sale c5 section to get an idea of the value. Then look on craigslist/ebay/letgo/Facebook and see how they stack up in price.

Just take the wheel off the car. Look for the GM logo. It will be stamped on the back side of one of the spokes.

The wheels look pretty banged up and the paint job looks like it was done in the backyard. Those wheel are not original to a '98.

Guessing the wheels might get you $50?
If you can find a buyer they'd have to be blasted, cleaned up, and coated.

The only OEM wheels that hold some value are Z06 wheels and the optional Magnesium wheel package. The 2000+ thin spokes hold little value, and especially in the shape you have at best it's a Craiglist trade special.

One issue that is putting these wheels behind the 8 ball is despite their OEM strength the later 2000+ thin spokes have documented issues of forming cracks that compromise the wheel. Unfortunately there is no telling factors as to when this can occur. Cracks can form visually on the face of the wheel to even inside the barrels along the spoke which compromises the wheel's ability to hold air.

There have been a number of posts here on the forum about the Y2K style wheels forming cracks in the spokes. A search should bring up some examples.
