Go ahead.......you know you want to finish that phrase!
I cut out some C5 flags in satin black for the center caps and put them on late last night.

I did consider grabbing my king size sharpie for the lugs.
Thanks, I think!? I had the dip laying around and figured why not, I have odd taste in colors although this one takes the cake. Every time I see the car, I giggle because of dumb it looks.
I do drive it daily and definitely have been getting stares and I'm pretty positive they probably follow up with some WTF comments, haha.
My wife came in as I was spraying the final coats and said "are you serious?!" Followed by "are those wheels for the vette that you drive on everyday?!" And then "please tell me that's plasti-dip". I tried to reason with her saying how at least no one can see her through the dark windows, but she came back with "true, but I don't want anyone to see me get out of it!"
As someone told me.....not all attention is good attention. Pretty much spot on.

I'd like to say yes and several people I sent pics to asked if I photoshopped it... but I really did do it.
So far between here, friends, family.... only one has liked it, I can't believe! Haha...Granted I don't have any import friends either.

Car itself looks very good - wheels though are not to my taste. But if you like them, that’s cool. People will definitely see you coming down the road.

Isn't it obvious?? I have no life! Honestly, just because already had dip on hand and just got done dipping the busa last weekend. I planned to use it for the busa wheels when it was Avalanche Grey, but never got around to doing it.
HA! No doubt about that!!

While this was first time I ever dipped wheels, I always have done the Hayabusa prior. BTW other than taking the bike apart, it's easier to dip it with the gun versus rattle cans for wheels.
Seems like every 6 months it changes color..... it's on dip #7 as of last week.
