I think he means there are too many black and red caliper combinations so he is doing something different. Looks really good and they will sure get noticed!

I've never seen any black calipers, but I think the red ones look good, especially if the car is red. These wild green ones would look good if the car is the same color....

They look good, but then again I'm partial to bright colors.

What color C5 are they going on?

Going with lime green, the calipers will really get the attention.

That's the reason I put c6 grand sport brakes on mine vs the red z06.

I think they are going to look great against the black car. Now if the whole wheel was that color...

More importantly, what's up with the camera phone angled to take a picture of you taking a picture of the calipers?

And do let us know how well that black nail polish holds up. never seen that before. I'm assuming either touch up for the brackets or to do the letters?

yeah my car is black probably have it back next week . changing over to zl1 satin black wheels on a all black car . Gonna peel of all the red on valve covers and the rear bumper to.
only used polish on the lettering . You would be surprised how well nail polish works to touch up paint on black cars it's a quick dry enamel . Waiting on wolfe racing to email me back on brackets to install my rollcage the same color

There was a Forum member on here a few years ago that was doing powder coating. I have a Black c5 and went with black and the Corvette lettering in Silver. Looks okay but I want to move to the “big boy” calipers and get in red or yellow.

Makes me think Dodge with their bold colors. Not for me, but definitely post when done, it'll be interesting to see.

Red is classic. Black and silver are subtle. That's why.

If I was gonna paint my calipers to look like lambo calipers, I'd probably not use the stock two-piston-front one-piston-rear calipers. But that's just me.
