Just bought a 2004 CE Z06.
Just made the deal today and the test ride was awesome! Picking it up next week. 42,830 miles.

Good deal ,I have had one for the last 3-4 years . The paint on this one looks good .. The front for some reason ,I guess the front is low down takes a beating if you drive it some do some don't saying if you want to keep the paint on the nose looking good ,have some of that paint shield installed a year from now you will be glad you did .. The first thing people will ask :were did you get those strips ?? LOL. Super fun ride .. I have standing offer for mine ,NO thanks ,it's a keeper ..

In my opinion, the next hot collectible Corvette is the 2004, Z06 Commemorative Edition, an example of which you just bought. I met one guy in the Raleigh area who bought one a year ago. They are awesome cars and as the C5, especially the Z06, become collectible, that model is expected to lead the way. I've already seen a few bone stock examples with some pretty high asking prices.
