I wouldn't change it due to the time - I'd change it because it's Amsoil.

LOL!
AMSOIL Signature Series 5W-30 is the Best Oil you can run in your Stock or
SBE Modified LS Engine. Change the Oil after one Year or when it comes out
Of hibernation for spring. The TBN is higher than any other Oil in its class
and will resist acid formation accordingly.

I wouldn't change your oil with only 3-400 miles on it. I believe it would just be costly and wasteful. The Corvette Gods will not punish you for not changing the oil after the winter. And my understanding is that Amsoil is a quality oil.

What's hibernation???? Us Floridians have never heard of such a thing. AMSOIL changed every 10k.

I use "proper" Mobile 1 and change it every two years, 4000 miles. More frequent is just a waste. Amsoil isn't available at my local retailer and the correct oil has worked fine for 16 years so why switch?

I have the same issue with mine - only put about 500 miles on mine since the last oil change and can't see changing it with that low mileage on the oil.

Jack, you only put on 500 miles a year because you are on the forum 23/7.....the other 1/7 you eat and sleep

That's what I use. And it's manufactured about five miles from here. I can get it fresh from the cow, so to speak.

I would not change it at this point. I would do it when it reaches 3000 miles or is a year old.

I think that just about any name brand full synthetic oil manufactured today is excellent.
I use Valvoline Platinum in my DD Lexus and change it myself. Mobil, Shell, Amsoil, Quaker, Castrol, they're all high quality oils and last a long time IMO.

I thought it came from a synthetic dinosaur.
