Found unknown wires removing old bezel

Or a kill switch? If that's all you found, you're lucky. I knew my car had an aftermarket alarm on it when I bought it, but now I have the console and most of the driver's side opened up to do some mods. I am always amazed at just how shitty some people's work is when they don't think anyone will see it.

The button was probably from an alarm was my guess but the other plug with 4 wires looks like it might have been oem. Just wanted to get other opinions before installing new double din and stereo

That flat connector does not look OE to me at all. If it were mine I'd trace and remove whatever is not needed.
EDIT: The button is definitely not OE.

Looks like a connector off an AF wide band gauge , push button looks similar to a teach/calibrate for wide band sensor...what mods are done or were done to car?
