2018 first non-start
The car sat all winter with a battery tender on it (plugged into the cigarette lighter). This AM tried to start it -dead as a doornail. Hooked up my HF jumper box, waited five minutes and fired right up. No big deal but every memory setting was wasted too, what a pain. Couldn't pass the Mass annual inspection due to the loss of memory so for a couple weeks I'll be driving around with a "rejected" inspection sticker. Welcome to spring.

It does happen on occasion. Might want to have the battery tested to ensure all is well with it.

A battery can go bad at anytime. It's not good for a car to sit for 6 months on a tender with a bad battery. That is why when I put mine in storage, I pull my battery out and store it in the basement with a tender on it. That way I can keep an eye on it. The only thing have to reset in the spring is the clock.
