I know exactly what it is and I already stated I DO NOT WANT TO DIP MY WHEELS

PlastiDip is a great alternative to changing your wheel color. Black PlastiDip would change your mundane looking car into a track beast��

Once you do your wheels in PlastiDip you may find yourself wanting to PlastiDip accent areas like your coves, rear brake scoop surround, rear bumper ect... your options are endless.
