Have you thought about just lowering the suspension on the stock bolts?

Thats not how that works at all,
A taller tire isn't going to make the suspension sit lower, only make the whole car sit higher.
Get the eibach lowering bolt kit (its like $120) and properly lower the rear an inch or two to close some of the gap

You can lower it for free by adjusting the end-of-spring bolts. There are threads on the forum how to do this. Much better than a larger tire which will affect handling, gearing and possibly your computer in regards to your traction control and ABS. Also would have a negative effect on acceleration, however slight that may be.
