Only in name. They are still all season and run flats. Neither are truly high performance. If you are happy with them that's all that matters.

So now you know more than Michelin does about their own product.

No, but I know run flats and all seasons are not the best performing tires on sports cars. Most people here know that. Why are you so defensive? Do you work for Michelin? If you think you have the best tires on the planet, good for you. It's kind of comical how riled up you get when someone disrespects your tires. LOL

You know a lot about something you have no experience with. You do know a lot about what you Google. You will have your last say as usual. And I’ll give you the opportunity to delete my last line again for the third time. I can’t afford to put cheap tires on my corvette.

No experience with tires? I have had dozens of sets of all kinds in the last 50 years. I have had runflats, all seasons, all terrain, snow tires, summer tires, racing tires, slicks, I have had Michelin, Goodyear, Firestone, Dunlop, and many other brands of tires,....It does not take an expert to know that runflat all season are not the best high performance tire for they are a compromise... First off they have to support the car at zero pressure, secondly they have to be good in the snow. High performance summer tires are only designed for one thing.... to be high performance . .I am glad you can't afford to put cheap tires on your Corvette. Did you make that slogan up, yourself?

UPDATE: Hankook Ventus V12 evo2 K120's are officially on order in OEM sizes! $601.94 with tire certs shipped to my door, minus 10% off and $50 off rebates from the retailer and manufacturer!

Since it would've cost significantly more for a tire with curb protection, I'll be looking into alternative solutions (such as Alloygators)...

Curious why the (pictures above) TOYO Proxes T1's havent had more of a mention ????

Ive had very good wear with TOYO's on my Everyday Driver MAZDA6

Les Schwab Tires biggest TOYO retailer in the Northwest USA has
prevented some big on line sellers from shipping into any area with
a Les Schwab store.
