I won't say for sure, but those offsets are way different than those on a C5. Someone with more knowledge on wheel fitment will surely come along and give you a definitive answer.

You haven’t indicated what size wheel/tire combination you are currently running but for calculations the stock C5 wheels are:
C5 (coupe/convertible):
Front 17x8.5", 58mm offset = 7.03" backspace
Rear 18x9.5" 65mm offset = 7.81" backspace
Wheel circle is: 5 on 4.75" (120.65MM)
With the 22mm offset these wheels show, your front wheels would be 23mm (0.9”) farther away from the inside wheel arch (plenty of clearance), but you then push the wheel out 49mm (1.9”) which will probably having your tire extending from the front wheel wells about that much and possible hitting the fenders.
Again, with the 22mm offset, your rear wheels would be 30mm (1.18”) farther away from the inside wheel arch, and your wheels will be pushed out 56mm (2.20”) which has your rear wheels really hanging in the wind and, again, potentially hitting the fenders.
Based upon other wheels that work well on the C5, you want 9.5” front wheels to have an offset of about 50-55mm and 10.5” rear wheels to have an offset of about 58-65mm (these may seem like a large spread on these numbers but it’s really only ¼” or less). Offset can depend somewhat upon whether you have a lip extending beyond the main wheel, too. Remember, too, your offset requirements will be driven somewhat on whether you plan on going with big brakes
Many manufacturers who make wheels for the C5 are forum vendors. I believe any of them will work with you to give you the best possible offset for your car.
Good luck with your wheel search.
