It's a great setup, and a lot of guys run this configuration at the road course. Some guys run a square 285 all around so they can be rotated...no issues.

wouldnt that set off the wheel speed sensors though?

i have 18”s on all 4 corners, 305s in back 285s front.

i have been considering selling them, tires and all for something a little more practical due to the fact that it is my daily driver and winter is coming

maybe an 18/19 setup so I can get some all terrains.

Next spring, I'm planning on running Speedline C5 Z06 18's front and rear.
Looking into Continental DSW06 high performance all season tires.
275/35/18 fronts and 295/35/18 rears
I don't do any track events.
I'm planning on some long distance road trips with my 02 Z06 after I retire next spring.
They seem like great tires dry-wet or even a light dusting of snow which I hope to avoid.

This is interesting. I was watching a YouTube video where a guy was running stock looking Speedlines but was running 305 wide rubber all the way around but it didn't give details on how.

Can these "18in C5 Z06 wheels" clear the C6 Z06 brake calipers? That's what I'm looking for....

I think you can squeeze 315 rivals on the C5 z06 rear wheels.

C5 Z06 rear wheels and 315 rivals are one of the most common combos...technically a 11 or 11.5" wheel I think is more suitable for a 315.

Jjc, the 18" stock z06 rears do clear the c6z brakes. Go for it. Also, FWIW, I run a square 295 setup on 18s and have never had a problem with wheel speed sensors triggering, but ymmv, yours may be a bit pickier than mine.

I run 18x11's front and rear with 295/35/18 on all four corners so I can rotate wear evenly...best mod I ever did to the car in my opinion. Way more turn in and front end on the car. My active handling doesn't care at all...still works just fine.
