It's all about those atrocious wheels!

I was just on the ole craigslist this morning and didn't see this Gem. Maybe it was a blessing.

I believe that it is a one of none ZR1 model.

What is really sad is that someone will actually believe that it is a ZR1 and buy it.

I think it's a great price for the only '99 ZR1.
However, I would pay extra to have them keep the wheels.
And, you are in good hands since "I earn my business and credibility by providing exceptional service to each and every one of my customers, providing competitive pricing and a vast variety of inventory, if we do not have what you are looking for, we will find it! " Apparently someone wanted a C5 ZR1 and they found it!
Reckon they meant Z51???

Too bad it isn't Aztec Gold...it would be worth at least $50k and would simply sell itself...

I wonder if it has a LT5 32 valve engine.
You could of course get more HP out of an LS7.

The last C5 ZR1 for sale on craigslist had emblems to prove it was the real deal, there’s something fishy with this one...

I think you're right about that seeing as the 5 is right above the R on a keyboard. By the way, does anyone know what that silver car parked behind the Vette is? Solstice maybe?

You're correct - around 2006 Solstice.

Talk about false advertising!! Even a virtual corvette novice would either know there is no ZR-1 in 1999 and/or just do some quick simple research and figure it out within minutes, maybe even seconds. That screams of a scammy, non credible dealer. Please put on the do not buy from ever list.

I don't see anything in the linked ad about a ZR1 Just a clean looking, stick, convertible. The wheels are Yuck! but its got decent Conti tires so knock off the price of a decent set of wheels and it might be a decent driver. Although I doubt you could put the top down very often if you live out there.
