Let there be (Lift) Lights!
I did a thing tonight
Should make working under the car much easier. Figured I'd throw a post up here in case any other members with lifts want ideas to brighten things up. It was a nice kit off of Ebay, super affordable too (IMO). Completely plug and play with no soldering, bright LEDs and I opted for the magnetic backing. It came with a wireless remote to turn them on/off with 3 brightness settings too.
They can also strobe if I really wanted to party

The band itself basically stopped. Two members moved out of state, some had kids, and one member got in trouble with the law so... figured it was time to hang it up for now. I don't mind though, three albums and 10 years is a good run! I'm sure I'll get back into it but I'm enjoying the break from hauling the kit around to be honest

Those lights really make a difference. Very nice mod to the lift.

Are these the usual neon - LED under car lights or made for lifts?
Link to eBay auction?
Hope to have a lift installed in the next few weeks and this looks awesome!

I wasn't sure if I could post links to Ebay and such for products, for some reason I'm convinced that's a no-no. I'm probably wrong, but for now I'll PM you a link.

These are just LED strips that are super bright. I'm not really familiar with under-glow kits for cars, but I imagine the idea might be the same? With the lift down the car looks like it has under-glow... kinda.

OP, would it be possible to have a photo with a closer focus on the light strip on the lift ramp, especially in the area of your bridge jack. This looks like a great idea and I would like to better visualize how the existing bridge jacks and trays might work on my lift with the lights.

Nicely done. I had been considering doing that to mine for years but the I was concerned about the glare it might cause. If I were to do it, I would need to point them up, either vertically or at an upward angle to avoid glare and maximize the light shining under the vehicle.
Kudos for pulling it off.
