Default Will C6 Z/GS Wheel Molding Fit A C5 With Wide Rear Fenders?

I'm going with wide rear fenders soon. Looking at a pictures here I see that a lot of wide body cars have wheel molding like the C6Z/GS.
I'm sort of wondering about the front fenders too. If the front C7Z molding fits it would save me from having to get wide front fenders.
If not what wheel molding are folks using.

Thanks in advance.

I don't have experience but have seen two guys use the front c7 z06 spats successfully to hide the front poke! That's what my plans are!

I think I may have been the first one to take the step (under my former username) in 2015 when the Z06 came out. Requires a little finesse, but they definitely go on

Thanks for all the replies. That may save me some money on the fronts for my wide body project.

Anyone have the rear c6 or aftermarket ones? It would be nice to have some protection behind the wheels plus I kind of like the way they look on a wide body. My concern is fitment.

For the rear I think L5 sells pre molded guards for widebody, but you can just get C6Z guards and trim them to fit. It takes a while as you don't want to mess them up, but they look and work great!

Did the finesse involve modification or was it just a little work getting them to line up?

Not bad really. I pie cut the lower front because the curvature is different. There is a lot of structure on the spat you have to remove, because it's what is used to mount to the C7Z fender. Pretty much can be done by anyone with a dremel and some self tappers though...some finesse.
