Le Mans Master
We live is a community with a HOA...for 19 years. Some drawbacks, somewhat expensive, sometimes a pain but home values have exploded over many other near by areas. With 24/7 guard gate, tennis courts, parks etc. sure worth the PITA. Just my .02
